2. Damaged or Defective Items Warranty
If an item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, you do not need to send it back! Simply email a clear photo of the item and box to homelyco@elitesce.com and we will immediately issue a free replacement or a full refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
